FLOOR TYPES

Oak flooring

Real wood flooring is any flooring where the top wear layer is made up of real wood.  This would include solid wood and engineered wooden floors.  The top wear layer is normally anything between 1mm and 6mm thick and can be made from a variety of timber species.

Laminate Floor

Laminate floors are made using a picture of real wood flooring bonded to a high-density fiber board base which is then protected by a clear plastic layer -  giving a very durable and cost effective floor.  All our laminate floors are at least 8mm thick, with wear ratings from home to commercial available.

Vinyl Floors

Vinyl flooring is a waterproof alternative to wood or laminate floors.  These floors can be installed in kitchens and bathrooms without the fear of damage, and can then flow through normal living areas.  The latest solid-core production technology allows for easier installation over larger areas.
